The Original Hot Yoga. This class is 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises performed in a hot room. Each pose is performed twice for maximum therapeutic benefit, promoting total body fitness. All practitioners are welcome, beginners through advanced. Please bring a yoga mat, beach towel, and water. These items are available to rent or purchase at the studio.
