Mastering the Mind/Body Connection

This class is centered around the breath, which is the mind/body connection. We begin by honoring the inhale and exhale through mantra, and stretches to open up the respiratory diaphragm. From here we will explore 3 different pranayama exercises that allow you to experience the subtler dimensions of prana and breath flow.
