Slow-paced class, where postures (asanas) are held for a longer period of time. Yin increases your flexibility, stretches the deep connective tissues between the muscles and the fascia throughout the body. The result is increased circulation in the joints and improved flexibility. Deep relaxation without the heat! 60-minute class.
Bring a mat, towels, cushion/bolster, block, or blanket and prepare to hold postures for up to 5 minutes.
